Short information:

The door leaf is made of two 10mm laminated MDF panels and a 1,2mm metal sheet placed between them. The door leaf is filled with polystyrene wool for sound and heat insulation and has extra metal ribbing for reinforcement.

The wing thickness is 70mm. Various beautiful milled patterns on the front and rear panels give stylish finish of the doors. The hinge’s side of the door leaf is reinforced by three passive prongs. When the door is closed, the three prongs enter into the door frame.

Door frame is adjustable, with both sides architraves and fixed rubber seal for better insulation. Door frame can cover wall thickness from 15cm up to 44cm.

Locking: Two independent DAF mono-block systems are used for door locking. Each locking system has 3 active prongs with total of 6 locking points.

Door Set Includes: Door leaf, adjustable door frame with two sides fixed architraves, lock body, lock cylinder with 3 keys each, embedded lock cylinder protectors, inox handle, peephole, door knocker, rubber seals for the door leaf and door frame, three hinges and mounting pins.

The door has factory set rubber seal along the frame and L-shaped strip on the threshold, with a rubber seal, which helps for better insulation and easier threshold mounting.
