The felt door leaf was made of 40 mm thick panels of HDF. Opening direction can be left or right.

The frame is made of HDF and flat one side adjustable architrave. This allows an increase in the range of up to 20 mm.

The door coating is Graddex Klasse A - decorative layer of cellulose and wood impregnated with melamine resins and varnishes that make the HDF board more durable and resistant to scratches.

DOOR LEAF CONSTRUCTION

The felt door leaf of the Gradde doors was made of 40 mm thick HDF boards. Opening direction can be left or right. The felt edge is rounded and fits densely to the frame seal, which helps for better cohesion and slight closing. The frame is wooden (reinforced) from HDF. The filling is ‘honeycomb’ type.

DOOR FRAME CONSTRUCTION

Frame has flat architraves, which are one side adjustable. Made of HDF material, the same as the door leaf and door frame.

Thanks to the adjustable architraves, range of the frame could be extended up to 20mm. It could be also cut with 15-20mm if needed.
