Description
TN-806-2 entrance door
- ► A wing made of two Betopan panels with a 1.2 mm metal sheet inserted between them;
- ► BETOPAN cement fibreboard – a combination of cement, wood and safe chemicals; lightweight, flexible, easy to work with, and resistant to damp, water, fire and mould;
- ► Mineral wool filling for sound and thermal insulation, with additional metal ribbing;
- ► Sash thickness 70 mm; milled pattern on the front and rear panels;
- ► 6 passive bolts on the hinge side, which retract into the frame when the door is closed;
- ► An adjustable frame made of 1.5 mm powder-coated metal with skirting on both sides;
- ► A factory-fitted rubber seal running the length of the door frame; a metal „L-shaped” threshold with a rubber seal;
- ► Overall dimensions 900/2000 mm, suitable for walls up to 340 or 500 mm thick;
- ► Two independent locking systems, each with three active bolts; a third concealed latch-type lock on the inside; and six passive bolts that engage with the frame when the door is closed.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF CEMENT-FIBRE BETOPAN
- ► Moisture resistance: BETOPAN panels are the best material for external surfaces due to their high resistance to moisture;
- ► Swelling resistance: A BETOPAN panel placed in water for 28 days shows negligible swelling (1.8% of its thickness);
- ► Mould resistance: Thanks to its high moisture resistance, the BETOPAN panel does not develop mould;
- ► Pest-resistant: The BETOPAN panel is pest-resistant due to its cement content;
- ► Thermal insulation: the thermal insulation provided by the concrete panel’s multi-layered structure rivals that of a brick wall;
- ► Sound insulation: The BETOPAN panel provides very high sound insulation (31–35 dB as a single panel, 45–50 dB in a multi-layer construction);
- ► Frost resistance: no visible cracks or surface changes.
